Your "digital coach" powered by IBM's Watson
In Sven Semet's lecture, we will get to know the possibilities of AI in today's and future working world. What is ai How does IBM's Watson work? How can AI be used today? What can AI do in the future? How is AI changing the world of work?
Andy von Bechtolsheim the SUN founder (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andreas_von_Bechtolsheim ) is certain that "AI will change the world in the next 20 years more than it has changed in the last 100 years." We all know the developments of the last 100 years very well. AI is often compared with the invention of electricity - we cannot imagine today what comparable effects this will have.
In the lecture we want to get to know what these developments through AI mean for our working world using a few examples from human resource management such as recruiting and the further development of skills and competencies or career management.
But Sven Semet will also address the limits of AI and especially the currently critically discussed topic of ethics in the use of AI in his lecture.
