After that we will probably offer 4 parallel running Streams in German and English.
Between the lectures you have time for encounters, discussions and exchanges.
The conference closes with a panel discussion on the coachingTAG topic.

Elly Oldenbourg , Google manager in job sharing and at the same time sidepreneur with her own business, opened the conference with her conviction that a “better normal” needs new work. She lives a new approach to work and career and takes us on a journey from New Work to New Normal to new work, which for her is essential for a Better Normal. Elly Oldenbourg is bursting with energy, enthusiasm and new ideas - we are very much looking forward to her keynote speech and are convinced that she will be the ideal groundbreaker for the exciting input that will come afterwards.

Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener , often referred to in the media as "Indiana Jones of positive psychology" and professor at Portland State University / USA, will be the culmination of the Barcamp and coachingTAG 2021 with his keynote. Robert researches and teaches specifically in the areas of strengths , Culture, courage and happiness - and above all on the question of how positive psychology can be used in coaching. Be curious how Robert sees the way to a Better Normal!
