The coachingTAG will be virtual and interactive this year, because we want to live New Work.
We start on the first day at 8:30 a.m. with a welcome and keynote .
From 10.15 a.m. we offer 4 parallel streams , in German and English
75 minutes of information and interaction.
Between the lectures you have time for encounters, discussions and exchanges in our virtual tea & coffee corner.
1:00 p.m. lunch break
At 2:00 p.m. the international program continues .
The conference closes at 5:15 p.m. with a panel discussion on the coachingTAG topic:
New Work, New Leadership - New Coaching.
From 7 p.m. we invite you to the PRISM Award Gala with the winner of 2020. Participation is free.

Pitch & Present
On the morning of the 2nd day, new speakers present their contributions in 90-second pitches - you decide by voting who you want to see. We evaluate your votes and assign the slots, then off we go.
On the one hand, there is a consensus in many places that the days of “Command & Control” in leadership are long over. It is not infrequently propagated that leadership as a mechanism of coordination in organizations has completely served its purpose.
