Prism Award applications

The German Prism Award recognizes outstanding coaching offers.

The PRISM Award of the International Coaching Federation Germany annually honors a particularly outstanding coaching offer in companies and organizations in German-speaking countries, which is a "beacon" for the coaching industry with tested quality, careful evaluation as well as innovation and passion by effectively enhancing the corporate strategy supports, trains a coaching mindset among employees and managers and thus establishes a coaching culture in the company. Purely technical software programs or pure training courses are rather unsuitable for this. Nevertheless, so-called blended learning programs, in which coaching is integrated as an independent module, are certainly permitted.
The evaluation takes place in a three-stage process by an independent jury made up of experts from the German-speaking coaching industry, who are committed to absolute confidentiality, who are involved in very good coaching training at universities, are established specialist authors or media representatives in the industry, are or are HR professionals  in charge of building up PRISM Award winners' offers.
