Transformative intervention through resistance
Many leaders and managers fear people who challenge them every step of the way. Unfortunately, teams lose important employees due to dysfunctional power dynamics if the team leader does not know how to deal with resistances and does not understand what these resistances actually want to protect.
It is similar in a coaching process: even when people ask for help, there is an energy in them that is directed against accepting help from others.
This lecture is about a process-oriented approach for dealing with resistance in individual and team situations. It is also about how HR experts or coaches can strengthen their existing resources in dealing with resistance.
