Resilient Leadership at Coca-Cola Germany

Resilience and coaching-based leadership were already in trend before the corona pandemic to encourage teams to remain solution-oriented and at the same time resilient in the event of major upheavals.  But how could these concepts prove themselves in a decisive crisis? We shed light on the subject using the example of Coca-Cola Germany.  I bring my personal experiences and experiments as a manager with me from the last 18 months. I will describe the challenges we faced as well as my own questions and learning experiences along the way.  I'm looking forward to an exciting exchange.

Kussai is Director Marketing at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Germany.  He is also active as a coach for managers and teams.  He brings his more than 20 years of professional experience at Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, as well as his 10 years of experience as a coach and therapist, to his work with clients.
