M. Sc. Economics, psychology and management, University of Kassel
has been working as a research assistant at the Chair for Theory and Methodology of Consulting at the University of Kassel since 2016, where she is doing her doctorate on the quality of coaching (including founder coaching and diagnostics of coaching processes). She teaches life and work-related consulting concepts, intercultural work and team processes. She is a trained coach for management consulting (DPA) and works as a freelance consultant, trainer and lecturer, in particular on the topics of communication, conflict management, leadership, rejection and self-esteem.
